Roy K. Cherian
Co-founder & Chief Executive Officer

Roy focuses on setting strategic direction and management of the company. He has over 16 years of rich experience in marketing, advertising and media in organisations like Nestle, United Breweries, FCB and Feedback Ventures. He is known for his passion for innovation, some of which have been recognized globally. Roy has done extensive and pioneering work on media, ROI modeling and marketing mix optimization.

Roy holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and a BTech from College of Engineering, Trivandrum.

Anunay Gupta, PhD
Co-founder & Chief Operating Officer
Head of Analytics

Anunay manages all Operations in addition to being the Head of Analytics. He has over 13 years of industry experience, with a significant portion focused on Analytics in Consumer Finance. He was a core member of the Risk Management team of American Express based in New York City, and held a leadership position with the off-shore Advanced Analytical Solutions group of Citigroup. In this assignment he was responsible for all Decision Management functions for the US Cards portfolio of Citigroup, covering approximately $145B in assets.

Anunay holds an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business, a BTech from IIT Delhi and a PhD in Material Science and Engineering from Penn State.

Issac Mathew
Head of Client Services

Issac has responsibility for managing Client relations. He has over 10 years of experience servicing clients in the Retail and Manufacturing sectors in US and in India and has held key positions with Cognizant and PricewaterhouseCoopers. In his last assignment, he was heading the Business Intelligence Practice for PricewaterhouseCoopers across Southern India.

Issac holds an MBA from IIM Kolkata and a BTech from IIT Chennai.

Kakul Paul
Head of CPG

Kakul has responsibility for the CPG practice. She has 6 years of experience within the CPG industry and has prior work experience with GSK Consumer Health Care in their marketing division, and with WNS in their analytics practice. In her last assignment at WNS she was leading analytic initiatives for top Fortune 50 clients globally.

Kakul holds an MBA degree from IIM-Ahmedabad and a B.Tech from IT-BHU.
